Reiki Master Teacher, Energy Healing

Cathy Freschi is a Reiki Master Teacher, trained in the Usui method. She uses Reiki and energy healing for stress reduction and relaxation, and for balancing your chakras. She encourages discussion about anything that may need to be released during the session as she feels that talking is just as important to your healing as the body work. Cathy also offers positive affirmations to change old thought patterns that could interfere with your healing.

In a Reiki session you will lie on your back on a massage table, fully clothed. After discussing your intentions for the session and answering any questions/concerns, Cathy uses her intuitive abilities and will place her hands at locations around the head and shoulders, stomach and feet, and at more specific locations based on your needs. Many clients feel relaxed and uplifted following a session, as well as relief from chronic pain.

30 Minute Reiki Session/Children - $40.00
60 Minute Reiki Session - $80.00
90 Minute Reiki Session - $100.00

Cathy is a member of Middlesex Hospital’s Integrative Medicine Department, practicing Reiki in the hospital and hospice unit, as well as the Outpatient Cancer Center. She continues to further her training in energy medicine at The Robbat Center for the Advancement of Energy Healing.
